What I’m About
I am a black Afrikan man. I am a raw vegan. And many other things.
It’s time to get serious about being optimally healthy. Our bodies are our temples. Our health is the most important thing there is. If we want revolution, we need to be healthy to fight for it and enjoy the fruits of it. I think the raw vegan lifestyle is probably the most evolved one of all. I have been 100% vegan for almost ten years, having begun in my mid-teens. Since October 2007, I have been 80% raw vegan, moving to 100% in January 2008. Combining this natural diet with getting plenty of exercise (through Kung Fu and other things), getting plenty of sunshine (we Afrikans need it, especially if we live outside the tropics), breathing fresh air, and keeping the stress down, one is able to walk like a warrior with great ease, and life becomes that much easier and more graceful. It’s about discipline. It’s about organization. More Afrikans have to talk about raw veganism and fruitarianism amongst ourselves, let alone veganism and vegetarianism. Too many of us are too unhealthy and living too unnaturally. Bring discussions around this topic here.
I also want to discuss tropical agroforestry, sustainable development, and related topics on this blog.
